It has been a whirlwind for University of Memphis coach Josh Pastner since the Tigers found out Sunday that they were headed to Tulsa, Okla., to play Arizona on Friday in the NCAA Tournament.
The interview requests began seconds after the Tigers (25-9) were unveiled as a No. 12 seed in the West and Pastner, who likes to think of himself as one of the most accessible coaches in the country, was taking on all of them.
He did live and taped television interviews. He talked to print reporters in Memphis and Arizona. He was on national radio shows.
And that was just on Sunday.
